Today was World Mental Health Day, this is an annual event on October 10th dedicated to raising awareness about mental health issues, promoting positive mental health, and reducing the stigma associated with mental illness. To support World Mental Health Day with our children we focused on sensory, creative, and routine-based activities. The goal is to nurture their well-being in an accessible, calm, and predictable way.
