Wellbeing Wednesday is a weekly chance for children to relax, recharge, and enjoy activities that help them feel calm, happy, and connected. The afternoon is designed to support pupils’ mental, emotional, and social wellbeing through a mixture of creative, active, and mindful experiences.

Children take part in fun activities that encourage them to express themselves, play with friends, and take a break from the pressures of the week. These sessions promote confidence, resilience, and positive relationships—all vital for healthy learning and development.

The Primary 3 children had great fun outside enjoying the beautiful weather.
