Thank you Paula❤️

11th Jun 2020

Good morning everyone,

Staff are just over the moon to be The Daily Mirror ‘Heroes of the Day’.

A huge THANK YOU to Paula Mc Cann for nominating us. 🥰. I can safely say you have made our day. 😊 You have lifted our spirits and reassured us that we are getting it right. It is our absolute pleasure, but it is still lovely to feel appreciated.

We have received so many heartfelt message from parents over the course of this time away from school and each and every word means so much to us.
We are also thankful to our children and their families for keeping in touch, even on the bad days and letting us know how it’s going at home. I have said it before and I will keep saying it, as a whole school community we have done an amazing job to keep the boys and girls safe and learning. That is not to say it was easy, we have all had highs and lows but look how far we have come. There is ‘light at the end of the tunnel‘ and we are getting ready to restart learning at school as soon as the guidance allows.
Just a few more weeks before we break up for summer so keep going, you are doing great. 👌
Once again thank you Paula, I think there will be a few tears today. (tears of joy)

Have a lovely day and enjoy your Sport’s Day tomorrow.
