Sustrans Bronze Award

25th Jun 2019

Well done to all the children in Chapel Road Primary School as Mrs Conway receives the Sustrans Active Schools Mark Bronze Award. We received this award for making a much bigger effort in being more active as we come to school. We took part in a number of activities such as ”Feet First Families” where we all made a more conscious effort to walk, bike, or scoot to school and we had a “Ditch the Stabilisers Day” where children with their parents learned how to ride their bikes without Stabilisers. A lot of children throughout the year came to school on their bikes or scooters so well done to all of you for being so active! And a huge thank you and well done to Mrs Conway for organising it all!!!
