Shared Education in P1🧱

_{Primary 1 had great fun this week working with Oakgrove IPS and Ashlea PS as part of Shared Education. We used our problem solving skills to build towers, houses, bridges and even beanstalks! We use lots of different construction materials and worked together in teams. There was lots of discussion and working as a team to try different things out. We wanted to know who could build the tallest tower - Amirah and Ava used 52 blocks to build their tower!! Ava was inspired by patterns in Maths to create towers using a blue and yellow pattern, then a green and red pattern. 🟥🟩🟥🟩 We also tied it in with our Let’s Get Growing topic by making paper chains to construct a beanstalk that reached the roof! 🌿 We also built new houses for Jack. 🏠 We}_{then showed the other schools our creations.
