This week in Shared Education we explored measuring height and length as well as measuring time. We used paper clips and pebbles to measure the lengths of different pictures. We drew around each other and measured how tall we were in cubes. We also used blocks, pencils and measuring tapes to measure our height. We then used a 1 minute timer to explore all the things we could do in 1 minute. It was a very fun and active lesson in which we counted how many star jumps we could do, how many faces we could draw and how many towers of 10 cubes we could build in a minute. We discovered how many times we could count to 10, sing happy birthday, write our name and touch our toes draw in a minute! Phew! 😅
