Due to ongoing health and safety concerns, condition of the school grounds, no availability of school dinners as well as travel for pupils, families and staff, I have taken the very difficult decision to close Chapel Road tomorrow, Tuesday 6th January 2026.
This decision has not been taken lightly but with the safety of pupils and staff in mind. We hope to reopen on Wednesday 7th January 2026.
The decision to close has been taken in conjunction with colleagues and Principals from neighbouring schools. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your support and understanding.
