Rusting Experiment in Primary 7

Primary 7 Lions 🦁  have conducted an experiment 🧪 using galvanised nails and stainless steel nails to show evidence of rusting. We used vinegar (acidic) and salt water to see if they speeded up or slowed down the rusting. We also had a nail on its own with no variable so we were completing a fair test. The children made sensible predictions and we will revise these in a few weeks to see whether our predictions were correct.
