Our Primary 7s had an absolutely brilliant time during their mindfulness and wellbeing day. They immersed themselves in a range of relaxing and fun activities, including gentle meditation and yoga with Mary, as well as some fantastic dance. The afternoon finished with a cosy, relaxing treat for everyone. 💛
