Primary 5 enjoyed a wonderfully calming morning, exploring and recognising our feelings. Deirdre guided us in many activities and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting her. This programme was jointly facilitated by Hillcrest Trust and the Bogside and Brandywell Health Forum.
