Dear Parents,

        I know that you’re doing all you can do for the children, but in these tricky times we all need some downtime. My wife Mary uses an app called Insight Timer which can be downloaded for free, it gives sessions for adults and children respectively. Most sessions are free, but some you have to pay for , so avoid the ones marked “course”. Give it a shot, it has even helped me to unwind a bit...
