Hello everyone,

My name is Aidan McLaughlin & I am the Manchester United Outreach Manager in NI & ROI. Our Girls Football/Development Programme kicks off again on Tuesday 13th January, from 4–5pm at Duncreggan. This free programme is open to female students aged 9–12 and runs weekly. Sessions focus on developing football skills while also building teamwork and personal development. Objectives
  • Increase female football engagement across the Foyle area
  • Raise awareness of careers, pathways, and opportunities in education and sport
  • Collaborate with MU Foundation, Ulster University, and student volunteers
Delivery Plan
  • 1-hour weekly sessions
  • Guidance on career pathways and higher education at UU, plus job roles in football
  • Sessions supported by UU staff and volunteers
