As part of our Let’s Get Growing topic, we have been measuring ourselves to find out who is the tallest in our class. It’s Olivia! We measured each other as well as ordering ourselves from tallest to shortest in our groups. Then we ordered ourselves from youngest to oldest to find out if the oldest children were the tallest. This was the case sometimes, but not always! We also loved exploring rhyme in a book about a very tall person, The Smartest Giant In Town. We matched the goat to the boat, the scarf to the giraffe and the fox to the socks!
