Graduation Day for Primary 6....

Today, Primary 6 graduated from a six-week block of MISP (Mindfulness in Schools Project). The children completed the Paws b Mindfulness Curriculum in partnership with AWARE NI. We thoroughly enjoyed the programme and a special thank you must go to Jacqeline who delivered the sessions. 

What are the aims of Paws b?

Paws b aims to give students Mindfulness as a life-skill and use it to help them: 

• feel happier, calmer and more fulfilled
• get on better with others
• help them concentrate 
• help cope with stress and anxiety
• support performance such as music and sport
