Dissolving experiment 🧫

9th Oct 2019

Primary 7 Lions 🦁 had a fun afternoon exploring dissolving. We were introduced to the language of soluble and insoluble and had to write down sensible predictions about whether substances such as salt, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, coffee and oil would dissolve in water. We discussed what would we need to ensure in order to make our experiment a fair test. I was very impressed by their independent questioning.
