Couch to 5k

Primary 5 completed Day 1 of their Couch to 5k training today. We are learning to control our pace, breathing and are hoping to build up to a 30 minute continuous run by the end of this challenge. We were also joined by some Primary 7 children who took part in the fun run at the Cross Country last week.
