Core word programme

Our class has been making fantastic progress this term through our dedicated Core Word programme. By focusing on high-frequency "core" vocabulary, we are empowering our learners to express their needs and choices across all school activities using their preferred communication methods. These skills are further enhanced during our RISE therapy, where the children engage in purposeful, movement-based learning that supports their physical regulation and readiness to interact. It is wonderful to see their growing confidence as they find their voice and build meaningful connections through these evidence-based interventions.
