I’m writing from Waterside Women’s Centre to share details of several programmes beginning next week, which may be of interest to the families in your school community. After School Art Club — P3 to P7
A creative, supportive after-school club for children aged 6–11 (P3–P7), running 8 weeks on Wednesdays or Thursdays, 3:15–5:00pm at Waterside Women’s Centre. The cost is £3.00 per session. On-Site Crèche — 6 Weeks to 4 Years
We offer a registered crèche for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years, available to support mothers attending courses at the Centre. This helps remove childcare barriers for women wishing to take part in learning or wellbeing activities. Courses for Women
Alongside a range of learning and creative courses, we are placing particular emphasis on two wellbeing programmes starting next week:
- Wellbeing with Noleen — a gentle, supportive space to reflect, reduce stress and build confidence.
- AWARE: Living Life to the Full — a free, evidence-based programme introducing practical tools for managing low mood, anxiety and everyday pressures.
