Collection of Annual Pupil Reports June 2024

Dear parents/guardians,

I hope you are all well.

Your child’s Annual School Report will be available to collect at home time, today. We do no send reports home with children unless you specify this.

If you collect your child from school, please ask the class teacher for the report(s) when the children come out at 2.00pm/3.00pm. The youngest child in the family will have the envelope.

If you are not the person collecting your child, please select one of the following options below.

If you wish your child to take it home in his/her school bag, please email your request to info@chapelroadps.derry.ni.sch.uk or phone the office on 02871341419.

You will collect the report(s) from the office-just let us know.
