Christmas Show Arrangements - Thursday 11th December 2025 4pm

Good afternoon everyone,

It is the intention of the staff to keep the children on Thursday 11th December 2025 from 3pm until the show starts at 4pm. Your child/ren will stay and we will provide them with a drink and a snack. The show is expected to finish at 5.15pm. Please collect your child from their own classroom. 

The arrangements below are for parents and children who wish to go home at 2pm or 3pm. 
School finish times are at 2pm (P1+2) and 3pm (P3-7) as normal. 

If your child is going home at 2pm or 3pm and returning to participate in the show, please be back in school for 3.45pm at the very latest. 

If your child is not returning for the 4pm show please let their teacher know, as parts may have to be reallocated.

The Shepherd's Glen gate will be open until 5.30pm. 

***There will be no lollipop service after the 4pm show***

It will be dark so please arrange for your child to be collected from his/her classroom by an adult. Children will not be permitted to walk home alone in the dark. 

If you are unsure of any of the arrangements, please do not hesitate to ring the school office.
