A big thankyou to Shane who came to visit P1, 2 and 3 to talk about the building work that is happening in our school. He showed us how to build a wall for Humpty! Back in class we built our own walls for Humpty (and us!) to sit on. I hope he doesn’t fall off! 🧱

We loved singing the rhyme as different Humptys fell off the wall. We explored what might happen to a bouncy ball Humpty, Humpty the boiled egg, Humpty the plastic egg from our home corner kitchen and original Humpty the egg. He cracked and we couldn’t fix him! 🍳🥚

This week we are learning Hey Diddle Diddle and what rhymes we could make up if we mix all the characters up! 🐱🎻🐄🌙🐶🥣🥄
