Primary 6 had their last session morning session of Yoga with Mary for 2023! It has been an amazing way to start off our Friday morning and left us feeling set up for the weekend!
A huge thank you to Mary for everything. She has taught us so much, including breathing, keeping calm, some complicated moves like Downward Dog, Shooting Star and the Donkey kick!
