P3, P4 and P5

Dear parent/guardian

I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to share some information with you.

The good news is that after school Multi-Sports Club is super popular once again and the number of children attending is high.

I had originally said it would be P3 to P5 on a Wednesday after school. However, due to health and safety, we need to reduce the numbers and offer it over two days instead of one. This is to ensure the highest quality provision and to keep everyone safe. Unfortunately, the weather is not always good, so we use the hall and with high numbers it is just not safe.

To manage this, Stephen will take the P3 children who have already signed up on a Wednesday and the other year groups on a Thursday after school.

Therefore, moving forward from next week:

P3 will attend on Wednesdays 3.00pm-4.00pm

P4 & P5 will attend on Thursdays 3.00pm-4.00pm
